Open the Door to  Garden Bloggers Around the World!

So you like to read gardening blogs? Me too. Thanks for reading mine today .  I just joined a blogging network called Blotanical.com that has introduced me to hundreds of garden related blogs written by people from around the world!  Blotanical is the brainchild of  Stuart Robinson  a guy from ” Down Under,” (Western Australia), who is apparently on top of things when it comes to niche social net01working.  As a registered blogger with  Blotanical, I have my own “garden plot”  where I keep a log of my favorite blogs, read and write messages, have a personal profile and keep track of my blogs’ growing popularity, (or lack thereof!)  Most of all, I’m meeting like minded people and making new friends in a supportive and fun online environment.

You have the option of “rating” your favorite blogs and displaying them in ranked order on your plot, or display them unranked to avoid “hurt feelings.” If you  add your blog feed to Botanical, as I did,  it will import your latest posts almost immediately. This is wonderful exposure for your blog. I can search for blogs by continent in case I want a first hand report about my  exotic Dendrosicyos socotrana from a gardener who considers it a native plant in Asia. I can then look up this blogger on a virtual map!

Take a look at Blotanical  because there are so many exciting features, I”m sure I forgot to mention tons of them.
